A global collaborative initiative focused on exploring and strengthening co-design practices within healthcare research, service delivery, and improvement. The project examined how co-design methods evolved to better engage communities most impacted by health challenges, particularly during and beyond the COVID-19 pandemic. Bringing together researchers, designers, and healthcare professionals from institutions across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom, the initiative created a platform for sharing knowledge, experiences, and approaches to community-centred design.

The project explored effective strategies for facilitating meaningful collaboration through a series of co-design sessions and research activities. The visual identity, communication materials, and interactive frameworks were developed to support engagement, knowledge exchange, and accessibility within the global design community. By combining research, design, and collaboration, the initiative contributed to advancing more inclusive and equitable approaches to healthcare innovation.
